The other day Lily and I went with some family to the Purple Turtle in Pleasant Grove. If you haven’t been there, it’s one of those places in Utah County that has been there forever that everyone needs to try just to say they’ve been there.
Lily loved the french fries. This place was kid friendly in that there were high chairs and booster chairs. There are kid friendly items on the menu, and the food isn’t very expensive so you won’t go broke feeding your whole family.
Their serving sizes are huge! I got a 1/4 lb. burger and fries and it was more than enough to share with Lily.
The best part of Purple Turtle is their shakes. We got a small chocolate banana. They fill the small cup and give you the extra in an extra cup. The extra cup was perfect for Lily – so if you have kids keep in mind they can share and still get their own cups. There are tons of shake flavors to choose from…I get a different one almost every time I go.
They also have candy vending machines for a quarter and sticker/tattoo vending machines as well.
I remember going to the Purple Turtle growing up, and I loved it as a kid. I definitely recommend trying it out if you haven’t yet.
